She knew their habits, including Dede's love of blankets and Cece's desire for a very, very tall cat tree. Michelle helped me navigate some issues between the kitties and gave me invaluable insight that has been helping to ease tension between the two.
It's so impressive how much information she was able to share with me even down to small details (like the color of their favorite blanket, the height of their current cat tree!) without needing more than their names and a picture. "I had an incredible experience with Michelle for both of my fur babies, Phoebe and Penelope! Phoebe is definitely the life of the party, full of energy, and a total daddy's girl, and Michelle nailed it! She also said Phoebe suggested that we could use a bit more exercise since our jobs keep us pretty stationary, which was totally accurate. And her happy dance for food? Absolutely true!
As for Penelope, the session was a live reading, and everything Michelle shared about her was spot on. Penelope is definitely the boss of the house, even though she's the smaller one, and she is a foodie through and through. It was amazing how intuitive and accurate the reading was.
